Mouat vs Hess
The Final of the Dumfries Challenger Series will be contested by Bruce Mouat and Jan Hess. Bruce and his team of Grant Hardie, Bobby Lammie and Hammy McMillan Jnr. came through their tightly contested Semi Final with Mikkel Krause earlier this morning after stealing 1 in an extra end. The game was tied after 8 ends at 6-6 with both teams swapping 3s in the 6th and 7th ends (you know what they say about 3s)
The other semi final was an all Swiss affair with the team from cc. Zug coming out on top, Jan Hess was 2 up going into the last end which was enough to seal a place in the final.
